Artistic Framing is a locally owned and operated custom frame shop. We're located in the Market Fair North Mall on Rt. 31 in Clay, NY directly opposite The Great Northern Mall.

We've been in business for close to 20 years and our staff has a combined 80 plus years of experience in the custom framing business.

We are a full service shop that handles all of your framing needs. Besides photographs and prints, diplomas and certificates, we specialize in needlework of all kinds, canvas stretching, and shadow box designs to frame your family memorabilia.

We also specialize in athletic jerseys, Christening dresses, and other types of framing from arrowheads to swords, to violins. Shadowboxes can be used to display many objects including antiques and collectibles.

We offer Plaque Mounting as an affordable alternative to traditional framing with glass. By eliminating the need for glass, plaque lamination is a fantastic solution for high traffic areas, corporate, academic and medical environments, and locations of high humidity. Plaque Mounting is Ideal for:

For the past 20 years, Artistic Framing has been providing personalized quality service designed to make framing and preserving your cherished artwork, photographs, and memorabilia a simple and pleasurabe experience.

We will work with you to choose the elements that will make your vision a beautiful finished piece. We carry a large selection of moulding samples from companies such as Nurre Caxton, Williamson, Presto, Decor, AMPF, Quadrant, and others.

We also carry a full line of acid free mats, and fabric mats from Bainbridge and Crescent. And if we don't have what you want, we can always place a special order.

Dry Mounting
 Conservation Mounting
 Plaque Mounting - a process in which the poster print is sealed on a piece of masonite board by a protective film.
Gift Certificates
 Delivery services when requested.
We can custom cut mats to fit your frames (all of our mats are acid free).

We also offer a large selection of glass types including regular, conservation, non glare and museum (the highest quality glass available in the business). We can also order plexiglass, which is much lighter in weight and perfect for large pieces - as well as oval and circular glass for those old antique frames. We have a vast selection of wood and metal mouldings - all of our mouldings are hand cut right here at our facility.
